About R&L Restoration

Part of the R&L Global family of companies, R&L Restoration is a full-service construction company specializing in residential and commercial property damage restoration, and reconstruction. Founded in 2008 by Laura Romero and Ricardo Romero, what began as a one-man operation handling small residential projects has since grown into a regional leader in disaster restoration.

Over the years and with thousands of properties restored, we have expanded our capabilities to respond to disasters of any scale, including major Gulf Coast hurricanes such as Harvey and Ida.

While our core focus is large-scale property restoration, we continue to serve homeowners with the same level of attention and care.

Our Values

While we've expanded our operations, the values we started with have never changed. How we approach every project matters just as much as the work itself. These are the standards we operate by every day:

• Attention to Detail: We focus on the details at every stage, from mitigation and cleanup through reconstruction, to ensure the job is done right.
• Take Ownership: Every project is treated as our responsibility, with full accountability from the first call through final completion.
• Continuous Improvement: We are always looking for ways to improve our processes, expand our capabilities, and deliver better results.
• Do the Right Thing: We approach every job with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to doing what's best for the customer.

Our Mission

Our mission is to earn your trust by delivering reliable 5-star restoration services, direct communication, and quality workmanship on every job as we grow alongside the Houston business community.
