Large Scale Multifamily Remodel and Restoration

R&L Restoration completed a large scale project at a Houston property managed by Abbey Residential, a multifamily property management company with numerous communities throughout the Houston area.

The scope of work included:

• A portion of the units required mold remediation and commercial water damage restoration, including structural drying and demolition of affected doors, trim, base, wood shelving, and cabinets.
• The remaining units were part of a broader remodeling effort, including new shower wall tile, flooring, drywall repair, and retexturing.
• Every unit received new doors, trim, base, and a complete paint finish to bring the space back to move-in ready condition.

R&L worked closely with the property management team throughout the project to keep the work on schedule and minimize disruption to residents.
