Water Damage Mitigation for Houston Arena

R&L Restoration responded to a commercial water damage event at Toyota Center, home of the Houston Rockets, affecting multiple areas throughout the facility.

The scope of work included:

• Emergency water extraction and structural drying across saturated carpet, walls, and ceiling tiles.
• Moisture mapping and monitoring using thermal imaging and penetrating moisture meters to track drying progress.
• Placement of commercial grade air movers and dehumidifiers to dry carpet, baseboards, and drywall throughout the affected spaces.
