R&L Global Inc. did a great job locating and repairing a water leak in my kitchen sink area. The actual location of leak wasn't visible as it just appeared as water seeping through floor tiles. So they located a busted hose pipe just behind the kitchen sink, repaired it, dried wet areas with humidifier machines and replaced sheetrock where it was needed. Then came back with fresh paint to top things off. Great Job Guys. Thanks so much.

I am currently the Maintenance Manager for the Killeen Regional Airport and Skylark Field in Killeen, Texas. R&L Global did some demolition work for us at Skylark Field in 2023 and we were really happy with the results! They were fast, responsive and very accomodating. They were professional at every step along the way and we were extremely happy with the service they provided for us. We would recommend them for any large scale demolition.

I had mold in my wash room and Nuar did an amazing job. Unfortunately my electricity turned off while they were working but that didn’t stop them, they brought in their own lights and continued to work. I am so appreciative of their hard work and their ability to work around the difficult circumstance.

Gilberto is an awesome guy. He and his crew help me out so much with the moving out of the building that I am working at. R&L is very friendly and fantastic services. Very highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

After Allstate completely dropped the ball, R&L still completed my board-up, during the same day. Tim Rogers, and their entire staff went far beyond what I expected in normal times; but, exceptionally well, within two days of a tornado.

I can't say enough about R&L Restoration. It was a positive experience from start to finish. The R&L company was recommended to me by a friend that used them for their roofing needs and he gave them great reviews. I experienced unexpected water damage to my home, and it was very stressful and to make matters worse it was my birthday. However, R&L Restoration helped me every step of the way. They are Dependable, professional and perform great work. Mr. Carlos and his team arrived at my home and took care of everything from start to finish. Mr. Carlos always reassured me that everything would be fine thus causing me to calm down and trust the process. From the Mitigation, painting, flooring, and assisting me with my insurance company they are hands down the best contractors I have had the privilege to work with!! I certainly can go on and on because I put total trust in them, and they did not let me down. I'd highly recommend R&L Restoration.

The company R&L is very good at what they do. The staff are respectful and always keep to time. They do their job with all expertise and they leave you satisfied.

I had a pipe burst during the Dec 2022 freeze. My sister-in-law recommended that I contact Ricardo, and I’m glad she did! My experience with R&L was excellent from start to finish. I've never encountered water damage before and I'm glad to have worked with a company that guided me through the entire restoration process. They were quick to come out to fix the water damage so I didn't have to worry about mold growing. I highly recommend them!

It was a tough experience having significant damage in our home due to the Winter Storm. Ricardo and his team did an excellent job with mitigation of the water damage and remodeling the damaged areas. There is a lot that goes into this type of repair and Ricardo was patient with helping me through the steps. So much to take in that I was clueless about. I have a new kitchen that was a labor of love. Special recognition to Dylan (Mitigation Team), Alfredo (Sheetrock and Painting), Carlos (Carpenter Extraordinaire) and Bill (Electrician). I recommend R&L to get the job done!!

I cannot give a higher recommendation for this Contractor. I worked with them as a result of an insurance claim. My house had damage to my hardwoods which are 80% of my home as well as ceiling and wall damage. From day 1 of my interaction with R&L it was a very positive and calming experience. I worked with Samuel, Johnathan, and Lalo and they were each so professional. They worked fast and did a fantastic job. Our entire home had to be packed up and moved and instead of it being a stressful situation it wasn't as stressful. They did not take my trusting them with our home for granted and were very respectful. Samuel is my favorite and he guided us through the whole project and was always available. My home is repaired and looks even better than before!

It is important for me to work with business owners to respect their businesses or the jobs they do. I believe that such businesses don't put you in a situation that leave you with a lot of problems to deal with later on. The R&L company was recommended right after another company left the job without finishing on my rental property. Even the job done by this company was really lousy. I didn't have any other choice finish the job correctly and I have contacted the R&L. They came over and took care of all the problems in a timely manner. During their work, they would always communicate with me , and would inform me all the details about their work. If you need any repair or construction with your residents or commercial buildings , and don't want any problems, I definetly recommend this insured company to you.

I made one phone call to Samuel. He met me at my house and an inspection of my roof. He did all the leg work for the insurance. Whittington a week it was approved. Made sure weather was good and we set up the date to start. On start date Samuel brought the owner of the company out with him to introduce us. Within two days I had my roof completed with new gutters all around my house. When they were putting roof on Samuel noticed I had a crack in the driveway and he sealed it so it wouldn’t get worse he did this at no charge. I recommend this company for all of your needs. They are professional courteous and efficient.

Dealing with insurance companies can be a nightmare! When Samuel and Ricardo came over to do the estimate, they set my mind at ease and communicated directly with them. Everything was completed professionally and on time. They answered all my questions and never gave me the run-a-round. Very pleased with the work they provided.
