Laura Romero

Growing a company requires more than completing projects. It requires building the people, processes, and structure that support long-term success. Since co-founding R&L Restoration, Laura Romero has helped lead that growth by overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and internal processes.

Her focus on organization and operational excellence helps ensure every department is equipped to support the needs of our clients and field teams.
