Ricardo Romero

Ricardo Romero co-founded R&L Restoration in 2008 alongside his wife, Laura Romero, starting as a one-man operation handling small residential projects. Through hands-on experience, consistent work, and a commitment to doing things the right way, he played a key role in growing the business year after year.

What began as small-scale work quickly evolved into a full-service restoration and construction company. As the company expanded, Ricardo helped develop additional service lines, including R&L Dumpsters, to support larger projects and maintain greater control over demolition, cleanup, and project logistics.

Today, Ricardo’s focus is on guiding the long-term growth of R&L Restoration, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a trusted name in residential and commercial property restoration.
